help....my koi is sick. the sympton is my koi does not swim and just stay still. some of them even don't move?

at first thanks for ur answers...additionally...i just build a new pond for my koi..it a ceramic pond. at first i move the to the new ponds, its ok nothing happened. but after 3 days they are sick. just stay still in there but when i get close to them they seems ok can swim but after a while it stay still again. i changed the water, put salt but with no effort. i suspect that maybe the filtration problem cause i use charcoal ( cause i was told that will get rid the odour of fish), and coral stone. when change water i always use anti chlorine so far and nothing happened till now. pls help....

does your koi a newly bought ones? it happen mostly in newly bought fish. Catch them clean the pond and quarantine all your fish first.
