What kind of glue for personalizing a serving tray?
I'm taking photos and ribbon and putting them into a serving tray. Then I want to pour some type of glue over it to seal it. What kind of glue and where can I get it? (Michael's, Lowe's, Home Depot, Jo Ann's, etc...?) AND if you have done this or something similar what steps did you take and how did it come out? THANKS!!!!
Resin may be a good idea since you are using ribbon which is thicker than photos. Pourable resin will cover everythingg in a thick clear coat and will create a level surface so you can use the tray for serving. You can purchase pourable resin at AC Moore and probable other craft or home improvement stores.

I have used resin several times with good results. I have used it for trays -- primarily when I have attached sea shells and starfish and sea glass, so I know it works!
