help im addicted to chocolate and lollies!!!?
i need to stop eating all this bad food , because im an athlete and have a big comp in october , but the more i want to eat healthy ... the less it happens .. anyway does anyone have advice that can keep my mind off these things or eat better?
Don't buy it! Don't keep it in the house! Take the extra money you save and buy yourself something nice and occupying. (A book, magazine, clothes, mirror, ect.)
I just finished my freshman year of college and was able to lose 15 pounds instead of gain it because I never bought groceries! All I kept in my refrigerator was some fruit, salad, and water! I never went broke (friends spent $200+ on groceries every month) and even got exercise when I forced myself to walk to a near by food place if I was hungry (still, got something healthy because I was motivated by the first 3 pounds I lost), about a mile away on my large campus.
If you don't buy it, YOU WON'T EAT IT.
