How do I launch a "Breakfast at Tiffany's" 30th birthday party style?

I have my thirtieth month up come and would love to have this themed party, but I'm not sure how.

This could be a very fun game .... You could take the colors of the signature Tiffany used to wrap gifts ("Tiffany blue and white). First start with the film. Do your best imitation of Audrey Hepburn. Visiting the thrift stores for black cocktail dresses, around 1960 or so, black opera length gloves and big clumsy jewelry, sunglasses dark sun, big hat .... and the owner of the signing of cigarettes. Do not forget to get your hair in a bun top. Rhinestones all dressed in black thrift stores. Eyeliner and high heels. Have guests come in the early 60's style clothing ... I could do an "exchange of jewels" (travel with jewelry that they can participate with others and find new pieces that have brought other guests) for Serve slightly. hors d'oeuvres and small chocolates for: dessert.
