Summer Heat and AC-I have not a great idea that works!?
take plastic Tupperware filled with water and freeze. (I used 8 in all different sizes) After being frozen make large ice blocks and put in a large bowl as a bowl Take a standing fan and place on ground where you can point directly This bowl of ice to cool quickly, especially if you sit in front of him and can keep filling the ice cubes and refill the cup!
