Tupperware Vent

Can someone tell me how to set the vents on the tupperware fridgesmart containers for which fruits or veggies?
I lost my instruction pamplet
I found the instruction pamphlet online. Just google "fridgesmart vent chart" to find the link. Basically its: Hight = two vents open; Medium = one vent open and Low = 0 vents open. The chart will tell you what fruits and veggies for what settings.
