Vintage / Antique fan needs repair. I do not know where to start. HELP?

I have a vintage / antique desk fan. It is bluish green and the brand is "frigid". I think it might be the 1950 or 1960. Used for the great work, and then today I went to turn it on and not lit at all. I started to try to dismantle it, but I'm not sure what we should be looking for, or where to start. Any pointers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
